Role Overview

The Head of Finance Operation will oversee the financial operations of CIG Motors Company Limited, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial processes. This role involves managing day-to-day financial activities, implementing financial policies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Manage daily financial operations, prepare financial statements, conduct financial analysis, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in finance operations or a related role
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Nigerian financial regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., Sage 300, SAP)
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyze complex financial data
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
