Role Overview
The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire automobile sales operation, developing strategies to drive sales growth, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales analytics tools
