Role Overview

Lead a team of Sales Representatives to develop new business-to-business accounts, focusing on increasing sales in a designated service area. Spend most of the time in the field driving or riding with Sales Representatives to develop new business customer accounts.

What You Will Do

Hire, train, motivate, and manage Sales Representatives to achieve specific new business goals. Conduct goodwill visits to customers and drive to customers to develop new business customer accounts.

Ideal candidate has experience with recruiting, hiring, and training, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office and intranet/internet. Availability to start within two weeks and ability to travel up to 50% of the time is required.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Experience with recruiting, hiring and training
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet
