Role Overview
The Partner Sales Manager (PSM) for Splunk is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding Splunk’s partner ecosystem in the Mexican market. This role focuses on building strong relationships with strategic partners, driving sales growth, and enabling partners to successfully position and sell Splunk solutions.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute partner sales strategies, build and maintain relationships with partners, identify and develop new business opportunities, and drive pipeline generation initiatives.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, as well as fluency in Spanish and English. Experience in SaaS, cloud, or technology solutions sales through partners is also preferred.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in partner sales, channel management, or ecosystem development
- Proven experience in SaaS, cloud, or technology solutions sales through partners
- Strong knowledge of the Mexican market and channel ecosystem
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Fluency in Spanish and English
