Role Overview

The Business Development Officer is responsible for attracting, maintaining, and growing relationships with SME clients, offering high-value services and advising on segment products. They serve a consolidated client portfolio and are expected to comply with sales goals and regulations.

Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with sales goals, linking existing clients, offering high-value services, and executing campaigns and strategies to boost sales growth. The role also involves visiting clients, identifying improvements, and escalating issues to the Coordinator.
