Role Overview
The Full Time Key Holder assists the management team in motivating and inspiring their team to achieve store productivity goals, and develops action plans and analyzes daily, weekly, and monthly sales.
What You Will Do
Work as part of the management team to achieve the store’s sales plans, achieve personal sales goals, develop a selling culture in the store, and model exemplary selling techniques and customer service.

This role requires a flexible work schedule, high school diploma or equivalent, and retail jewelry and watch experience is highly desirable.
