Role Overview

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Marketing Account Manager! CLEAResult is seeking a Marketing Account Manager to be responsible for maintaining client satisfaction, growing relationships, and delivering innovation and value through strategic marketing initiatives.

What You Will Do

Lead end-to-end marketing campaign and program management, develop and implement channel marketing strategies, serve as the primary point of contact for clients, collaborate with internal teams, drive account growth, and ensure accurate forecasting.

5+ years of client service leadership experience in marketing, proven success in channel marketing, strong project management skills, strategic thinker with a passion for innovation, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of client service leadership experience in marketing, advertising, or communications
  • Proven success in channel marketing, especially with Trade Allies and Community Partners
  • Experience in energy efficiency programs or related industries strongly preferred
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead complex initiatives across multiple teams and timelines
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field (preferred)
  • Must reside in Oregon; preference given to candidates in the Portland area
