Role Overview
Drive customer relationships for a leading educational video platform, working remotely with occasional travel to visit customers. The role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, delivering training sessions, and gathering customer feedback to drive continuous improvements in the product and offerings.
What You Will Do
Oversee a portfolio of schools, deliver training sessions, maximize usage within schools, ensure successful subscription renewals, gather customer feedback, and provide regular reports on customer success metrics.
