Role Overview
The Director of Sales Operations will lead the Americas & US Public Sector, Field Operations, and report to the VP Ops & Enablement. The role will partner with the VP Americas Sales and be responsible for leading operational activities to drive increased productivity for sales teams.
What You Will Do
Manage core operational activities, including weekly forecast cycles, quota planning, and compensation plan rollout. Lead all other operations functions, including deal desk, compensation, analytics, and enablement.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in sales operations, strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, and experience developing enterprise-wide sales operations strategy.
Requirements
- Experience in Sales / Field Operations leadership at a Theatre level
- 8+ years experience in a sales operations environment
- Strong leadership and stakeholder mgmt skills
- Experience developing enterprise wide sales operations strategy
- Strong organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and under pressure
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, Clary
