Role Overview
You will be responsible for our online D2C growth, performance marketing, and e-commerce strategy, leading a team of 3 people. You will drive sales growth through campaign planning and implementation, optimize profitability, and lead CRO initiatives.
What You Will Do
Develop and optimize product portfolio and pricing strategy, lead performance marketing across all channels, drive sales growth through campaign planning and implementation, and continuously optimize the homepage, category pages, and product detail pages.

Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in performance marketing in an e-commerce environment with a focus on the DACH region
- Clear responsibility for acquisition channels and success-relevant KPIs
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing paid channels (e.g., Google, Meta)
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into clear priorities and measures
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, and tech teams
- Fluent German and English
