Role Overview
Manage sales of Coherent’s optics portfolio, serving integrators and OEM customers in microelectronics and materials processing markets. Drive revenue growth across DACH and BeNeLux regions by achieving booking and revenue sales targets. Develop and expand relationships with new and existing customers.
What You Will Do
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory. Manage and grow selected key accounts, ensuring long-term customer success. Collaborate with global Technical Business Units to deliver best-in-class customer support.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Physics
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales of complex products
- Experience working in international and multicultural environments
- Excellent communication skills in both English and German (written and spoken)
