Role Overview
Lead a team of Sales Development Reps (SDRs) to consistently meet and exceed their monthly and quarterly quotas. Collaborate with various departments to establish a highly effective pipeline generation engine. Develop a positive relationship with Sales leadership to define the outreach strategy for the territory and develop targeted account lists.
What You Will Do
Lead a team of SDRs, report out to executive leadership, collaborate with Demand Generation, Field Marketing, and Channel teams, develop onboarding and ongoing enablement programs, use data to find areas for process improvement.

Requirements
- Proven IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, or hardware sales experience within a high-growth tech company
- Outstanding performance in sales development or inside sales roles, consistently overachieving targets
- Experience managing Sales Development, Business Development, or Inside Sales teams, ideally in a high-growth tech company
- Proven track record in coaching individuals at various performance levels within a sales development organization
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to partner closely with marketing, sales ops, and sales leadership
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proven ability to analyze data to identify patterns and areas for process improvement
- Proficiency in building reports, dashboards, and forecasting methodologies using critical software such as Salesforce, Outreach, Tableau, Clari, etc.
