Regional Sales Director

Role Overview

Cohesity is seeking a Director, Sales to define and lead the execution of regional go-to-market strategy for data security and cyber resilience solutions. This role leads multiple sales managers and teams, owns regional performance, and partners cross-functionally to scale secure growth and customer impact.

What You Will Do

Set and execute regional go-to-market strategy for Cohesity’s data security, ransomware resilience, and cyber recovery solutions. Lead and develop multiple District Managers and senior sales leaders, own regional revenue outcomes, forecast accuracy, and pipeline health across all managed teams.

• Experience negotiating and overseeing complex, high-value enterprise deals with strategic customers
• Demonstrated ability to influence and align extended, cross-functional organizations around shared goals
• Strategic, trusted leader comfortable operating in ambiguous and rapidly evolving environments
• Willingness to travel as required by the role
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making
• English language proficiency (can interact with a degree of fluency when speaking, reading, and writing in a professional and specialized setting)
