Role Overview
Supports in-store activities to achieve sales and profitability targets, and to ensure long-term business growth. The sales lead will support the implementation of the strategic direction of their store location to achieve all objectives and projects assigned by Cole Haan.

- Ability to lead a team, coordinate operational tasks, and manage a team to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Coaching and training skills
- Ability to support a team-oriented environment
- Effective communication skills in verbal and written English
- Computer skills including POS Systems and Microsoft Office
