Role Overview
Colliers is seeking a part-time Marketing Lead for its Rural & Agribusiness network, based in the Auckland CBD office. This role partners with business leaders across New Zealand to deliver strategic marketing initiatives, campaigns, events, and thought leadership that support business growth and strengthen the Colliers brand.
What You Will Do
Build trusted relationships with Rural & Agribusiness leaders, franchise stakeholders, brokers, and marketers, becoming their go-to marketing advisor. Develop and deliver impactful marketing plans and campaigns, drive engagement across the Rural network, coordinate thought leadership and content initiatives, and use data and insights to measure campaign success and improve performance.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a marketing, communications, campaign management, or stakeholder engagement role
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences
- Demonstrated success developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to build credibility and trusted relationships at all levels
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using CRM, marketing automation, or campaign reporting platforms, with a strong focus on performance and continuous improvement
