Requirements
- 6–8 years in brand management, product marketing, or go-to-market — beauty, DTC, or lifestyle brand experience required
- Cultural Antenna
- Brand Storytelling Chops
- Data Driven
- Proven Launch Track Record across DTC, social commerce, and retail
- Strong Creative Judgment
- Builder, Not a Maintainer
- Passion for Beauty, Fashion & Lifestyle
Benefits
- equivalent annual salary range for this position is $140k-$150k
- payroll may be done through an agency partner on an hourly basis
