Role Overview
The Marketing Operations Coordinator supports the execution and coordination of category management, centralized pricing, marketing operations, promotional initiatives, vendor relations, and communication efforts for Colville Fuels LLC. This role plays a critical operational support function in maintaining centralized pricing processes, category management initiatives, vendor coordination, promotional execution, and consistent brand presentation across multiple retail and hospitality locations.
What You Will Do
Assist with category management initiatives, centralized price book coordination, promotional planning, digital marketing support, vendor communications, and marketing material coordination. Coordinate with store operations, vendors, and distributors regarding product promotions, displays, category initiatives, and pricing updates.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
- Two (2) years of experience in marketing, category management, pricing coordination, retail operations, or related field
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between locations as needed
