Join our team and grow with us as an Account Executive, developing our customer base by selling repair services and service agreements for mechanical systems in Charlottesville, VA. As a full-service MEP contractor, we pride ourselves on quality and expertise, delivering comprehensive solutions to commercial customers.
What You Will Do
Sell HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Building Automation, and Water Treatment solutions to commercial customers, hunting for new opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, and networking, and closing deals to grow our business.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We’re looking for a highly motivated and competitive salesperson with 3-7 years of B2B commercial sales experience, excellent communication and customer service skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Requirements
- 3-7 years of full cycle B2B commercial sales experience
- Experience selling to facility managers, property managers, building engineers and operations directors
- Ability to provide information on previous quota attainment
- Willingness and ability to sell (cold-calling, networking, presentation, and closing skills)
- Competitiveness, ambitious, and highly motivated
- Adaptable, persuasive, passionate, confident, and positive
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Demonstrated skills, experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Able to manage internal and external customer relationships, perceptions and expectations
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
