Role Overview

What You Will Do
Sell HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Building Automation, and Water Treatment solutions to commercial customers, hunt for new opportunities, increase market presence, connect with high-level decision makers, and close deals.

We are looking for a highly motivated and competitive salesperson with 3-7 years of B2B commercial sales experience, excellent communication and customer service skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Requirements
- 3-7 years of full cycle B2B commercial sales experience
- Experience selling to facility managers, property managers, building engineers and operations directors
- Ability to provide information on previous quota attainment
- Willingness and ability to sell (cold-calling, networking, presentation, and closing skills)
- Competitiveness, ambitious, and highly motivated
- Adaptable, persuasive, passionate, confident, and positive
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Demonstrated skills, experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Able to manage internal and external customer relationships, perceptions and expectations
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
