Role Overview
ColonialWebb is seeking an Account Manager with a mechanical engineering or background with skilled trades to manage commercial accounts and build territory.
What You Will Do
Generate a pipeline, prospect new accounts, perform estimating activities, and develop trusting relationships with customers.

Requirements
- Mechanical Engineering degree or 2+ years mechanical experience (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical)
- Experience working with facility managers, property managers, building engineers, and operations directors
- Skillful listener, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Pipeline management experience
- Proficiency with MS Office, CRM systems, and Internet use
- Client management skills; able to manage customer relationships, perceptions, and expectations
