Role Overview
The Business Development Representative (BDR) is the front end of the CCMC business development engine. This role is responsible for converting interest into qualified, scheduled discovery calls for the CCMC Business Development team. The BDR balances two channels of activity: responding to and qualifying inbound leads and conducting high-volume outbound calling to data-mined prospects.
What You Will Do
Respond to inbound leads, qualify interest, and schedule discovery calls. Conduct high-volume outbound cold calling to data-mined prospect lists. Log calls, contacts, and outcomes in HubSpot.
Why It Might Be a Fit
One to three years of experience in inside sales, appointment setting, SDR/BDR, or a high-volume phone-based role. Comfort and confidence with high-volume outbound cold calling. Strong phone presence and excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Requirements

- Experience with a CRM platform required; HubSpot experience is a plus
- Experience in HOA or community management, property management, or real estate is a plus but not required
