Role Overview

As the Dual Sales Manager, you will provide high levels of customer service, respond to internal partners and external customers, and demonstrate excellent time management and self-motivation. You will maintain existing accounts, develop new business, and effectively manage event details.

What You Will Do

You will track and communicate event particulars, forecast group rooms and F & B revenues, and gain knowledge of hotel’s food and beverage products. You will consistently attain sales activity goals and individual revenue goals, and learn and use digital sales systems.
