Role Overview
We are looking for a full-time Marketing Automation Analyst to support CRM operations, campaign execution, and reporting efforts for our internal team.
What You Will Do
Manage CRM platforms, build and maintain automated workflows, execute CRM campaigns, and monitor campaign performance.

Requirements
- Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2)
- 1.5–3 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, CRM, or marketing automation roles
- Experience working with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot, Salesforce, and/or Pipedrive
- Experience working with email platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo or Campaign Monitor
- Proven ability to manage large contact lists (10,000+ contacts)
- Experience building and launching email campaigns (HTML and/or plain text)
- Strong Excel skills, including data manipulation and reporting
- Experience creating and optimizing marketing workflows
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
