Role Overview
As Head of Sales, you’ll lead the sales team, develop sales further, and take it to the next level. You’ll ensure good leads become strong closures, our pipeline remains stable, and our sales work is structured, motivated, and scalable.
What You Will Do
Your tasks include pipeline steering and further development, forecasting, sales development, closure numbers, and RPE of the sales department, as well as motivating, coordinating, and coaching sales employees.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You’ll be responsible for central sales KPIs such as number of closures, RPE of the sales department, forecast quality and forecast development, revenue retention, CRM data quality in sales, pipeline transparency, and implementation discipline.
Requirements
- Reliable experience in a lead or comparable leadership role in sales
- Strong understanding of pipeline management, forecasting, and sales key figures
- Solid closing foundations and the ability to make others better at it
- Excellent rhetoric and convincing communication
- Analytical thinking and enjoyment of data-based sales management
- Experience with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot
- Leadership competence, coaching ability, and a good sense of team dynamics
- Goal-oriented, structured, and independent working style
- High success orientation and genuine will to succeed
- Growth mindset and enthusiasm for actively developing structures
- Fluent German and good English skills
