Role Overview
As the Regional Sales Manager in our Sales team, you will recruit, train, and continuously develop a high-performing team of field sales representatives within the assigned region, whilst strategically managing our key accounts and territories and participating in events and projects where required.
What You Will Do
Ensure achievement of team and individual sales targets through strategic leadership and targeted performance management. Analyse market conditions and share relevant trends or events that may impact sales performance.

Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field of study
- At least 5 years of experience in leading and developing successful sales teams, ideally in a B2B environment
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
