Inside Sales Specialist

Role Overview

As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be a critical player on the team, managing projects from beginning to end, and working in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for helping with the sales process, looking for upsell opportunities, and managing current accounts.

What You Will Do

You will oversee customer orders and quote requests received through multiple channels for all levels of accounts, and interact with customers to gain trust and maintain relationships.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success working with customers
• Inventory sales/order systems experience
• Prior experience in industrial distribution or construction supply
