Role Overview

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing expert to own and scale our performance marketing function end-to-end. You’ll operate across unique DSPs and paid acquisition channels, and define the playbook as you go.

What You Will Do

You’ll own the budget, run large budgets across multiple DSPs, balance scale, optimization, and experimentation, and operate the test-and-learn engine.

Requirements

  • Extensive performance marketing experience across a range of paid acquisition channels
  • Real budget ownership
  • Ability to reason causally about spend
  • Comfort with attribution, incrementality, and the gap between blended and attributed numbers
  • Hands-on comfort in data analysis
  • High attention to detail and scrappy, experimental mindset
  • Creativity paired with an obsession with numbers
