Role Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Manager, People Business Partner to own the strategic partnership with GTM senior leadership across our commercial functions and work closely with their team to ensure consistent, high-quality support across the broader GTM organization.
What You Will Do
Strategic Partnership: Serve as the senior HR partner to GTM leadership, embedded in strategic planning, workforce decisions, and org design as we scale globally. Expansion: Lead the PBP workstream on expansion in partnership with internal People teams. Workforce Planning: Translate growth into headcount planning in close partnership with Talent Acquisition and other internal People teams.
