Role Overview
Join our team as a Commercial Sales Training & Development Manager – Environmental Solutions. You will design, implement, and measure sales learning programs, building relationships with stakeholders in sales, marketing, agronomy, and human resources.
What You Will Do
Support sales learning initiatives, work with Commercial Unit leaders, identify learning needs, design and deliver sales learning programs, create content, and recruit new hires.
