Role Overview
Join our team as a Commercial Sales Training & Development Manager – Environmental Solutions, where you will design, implement, and measure sales learning programs. You will work cross-functionally with stakeholders in sales, marketing, agronomy, and human resources to build collaboration and drive sales objectives.
What You Will Do
Support and implement sales learning initiatives, work with Commercial Unit leaders and Sales Managers to identify learning needs, design and deliver sales learning programs, and create content to deliver learning.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in ag, business, education, science, psychology or related
- Eight or more years of experience in sales or sales organizational development
- Valid driver’s license
