Role Overview
Exercise strengths in facilitating adult learning through designing, implementing, and measuring sales learning programs. Build collaboration cross-functionally with stakeholders in sales, marketing, agronomy, and human resources.
What You Will Do
Support and implement sales learning initiatives and programs, design and deliver sales learning programs, create content to deliver learning, and recruit for new hire programs.

Ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience in sales or sales organizational development, with understanding of learning design and development, sales and marketing, adult education, research and assessment methodologies, and leadership skills development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in ag, business, education, science, psychology or related
- 8+ years of experience in sales or sales organizational development
- Valid driver’s license
