Role Overview
We are seeking a Sales Engineer to support the accelerating global demand for Matterport’s platform and solutions. This role is designed for a deeply experienced technical customer-facing professional who operates as a strategic advisor, internal authority, and external thought leader.
What You Will Do
Serve as the primary technical authority for assigned sales opportunities, advise executive-level customer stakeholders on architectural decisions, security posture, integrations, and long-term platform strategy, and define and lead advanced solution architectures, custom integrations, and proof-of-concept engagements.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person college or university
- 5+ years of experience supporting B2B SaaS solutions in a pre-sales or technical support capacity
- Exceptional executive-level communication skills
- Experience with APIs, SDKs, and custom integrations
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, security architecture, and authentication technologies
- Working understanding of machine learning and AI concepts as applied to data-driven products
