Senior Implementation Enablement Manager

Role Overview

As a Senior Implementation Enablement Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping how partners and customers build expertise with Coveo solutions while influencing the future of our global implementation enablement strategy. You’ll work across teams to create impactful learning experiences that directly contribute to customer and partner success.

What You Will Do

Empower partners and customers by enabling them to learn the necessary technical aspects of Coveo solutions, develop and execute a design-to-cost program strategy, design and maintain external implementation enablement programs, and lead and coordinate implementation developer onboarding.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience delivering technical implementations
• Exceptional communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to simplify and explain complex technical concepts
• Proven success building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
