Role Overview
We are seeking a committed professional to join our team as a District Sales Manager – Surgical. This is a remote position that requires residing within the territory and driving to multiple accounts throughout the region. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team, and ensuring the achievement of business objectives within a designated territory.
What You Will Do
The District Manager is responsible for hiring, developing, and retaining talent, building and advancing a District Sales business plan, and managing P&L budget. They will also cultivate and maintain key customer relationships, partner across businesses, and collaborate with internal teams.

- Experience with Medtronic Surgical Sales or external sales experience within surgical
- Successful completion of a Medtronic leadership development program
- Previous people leadership experience
