Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Growth Marketer to spearhead user acquisition, brand awareness, and customer retention. This Growth Marketer will leverage data-driven marketing strategies to optimize customer acquisition cost (CAC), enhance conversion rates, and drive engagement across multiple channels.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute marketing strategies focused on user acquisition, retention, and brand awareness. Optimize paid and organic marketing channels, drive lead generation and conversion, and work closely with sales, content, and digital marketing teams.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Proven experience in SEO, paid media, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, CRM platforms, and marketing automation software.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data-driven decision-making and campaign performance tracking.
- Ability to execute A/B testing, funnel optimization, and customer segmentation strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and design.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a growth mindset to drive continuous improvement.
