Drive customer acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization at scale, with a relentless focus on high-impact actions that strengthen CredPal’s dominance in consumer credit and cross-border payments.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years proven success in driving revenue growth in a fintech, payments, lending, or high-growth tech company
- Strong background in sales-led growth, performance marketing, and customer lifecycle optimization
- Deep understanding of credit products, FX, and cross-border payments
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid social advertising
- Experience with data analysis tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Tableau, and familiarity with A/B testing frameworks
- Exceptional data-driven decision-making and analytical skills
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across teams and external partners
