Role Overview
We’re looking for a strategic Demand Generation Manager focused on our Enterprise segment to develop and execute end-to-end high impact campaigns. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in driving and nurturing quality leads through innovative and data-driven strategies.
What You Will Do
Own and scale key non-paid channels (email, webinars, and direct mail) with a focus on engaging enterprise accounts, plan and execute end-to-end demand generation campaigns tailored to the Enterprise segment, measure, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using data to continuously improve pipeline generation and efficiency.

4+ years of experience in demand generation, campaign execution, or lifecycle marketing within B2B SaaS, proven experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive qualified pipeline, hands-on experience with modern GTM and demand generation tools.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in demand generation, campaign execution, or lifecycle marketing within B2B SaaS
- Proven experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive qualified pipeline
- Hands-on experience with modern GTM and demand generation tools such as Clay, CommonRoom, Sequel, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to partner effectively with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps
- Excellent project management skills with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Data-driven mindset with experience measuring campaign performance and optimizing based on results
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines
