QA Engineer – GTM Applications

Role Overview

As a QA Engineer for the GTM AI Pod, you will be the quality guardian for a workstream that builds non-deterministic AI systems. You will design evaluation frameworks, define what ‘correct’ means for an agentic workflow, and build repeatable test suites to give engineers and stakeholders confidence across every release.

What You Will Do

Define and own the end-to-end test strategy for agentic AI workstreams, design and implement AI-specific evaluation frameworks, build and maintain automated test suites in Python, and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• 6+ years of QA or SDET experience
• Hands-on experience testing AI or ML systems
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Experience with test frameworks and tooling such as pytest, Selenium, Playwright, REST-assured, Postman, or equivalent
• Practical understanding of LLM behaviour
• Hands-on Salesforce QA testing experience
• API testing proficiency across REST endpoints
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with RAG evaluation metrics and tooling such as RAGAS or LangSmith
