Area Sales Manager – LAP| Surat

Role Overview

Manage a team of Sales Managers/Direct Sales Agents in a location to build up a portfolio of LAP (Loan Against Property) cases. Key responsibilities include self-sourcing, managing key DSA relations, and increasing case sourcing.

What You Will Do

Source and build LAP portfolio in a location, acquire LAP through DSAs and Branch Channel, ensure LAP disbursement as per budgets, meet revenue targets, and manage SM/DSTs for sourcing LAP cases.
