Role Overview
The Regional Business Development Manager is responsible for driving the mortgage business across a defined region through branches and direct channel. This includes managing a team of Area Business Development Managers and Business Development Managers, ensuring achievement of business targets, maintaining portfolio quality, and ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do
Drive regional business targets for LAP and HL products, lead and manage a team of ABDMs and BDMs, ensure timely hiring, training, and productivity of the team, conduct regular performance reviews, and ensure branch activation and engagement across the region.
