Role Overview
Lead liability sales for Current Accounts across the region by driving strategy, mentoring area teams, ensuring compliance, achieving revenue targets, and promoting cross-sell opportunities.
What You Will Do
Supervise and mentor area sales managers and teams, drive recruitment, training, retention, and talent development, monitor performance metrics, ensure compliance and governance, and achieve regional business objectives.
