Role Overview

Lead a team of service electricians, overseeing, guiding, and managing the work of contractors, vendors, suppliers, and employees. Ensure efficient coordination and planning to provide consistent, high-quality, cost-effective, and timely deliverables and products for multiple projects.

What You Will Do

Manage projects for electrical installation of equipment for high-profile projects, monitor staff performance and progress, motivate, organize, and encourage teamwork to ensure productivity targets are met.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Must have 5+ years of experience in the electrical construction industry, leading a team of up to 20 electricians, and experience with electrical/power systems. Strong customer service, computer, and communication skills required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years or more years of progressively responsible experience in the electrical construction industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering or related field is preferred or previous work as Licensed Electrician/Supervisor
  • Must be capable of leading a team of up to 20 electricians
  • Experience with Electrical / Power Systems such as UPS, Switchgear, Generators, PDU’s; a MUST
  • Managing Projects for Electrical installation of Equipment for high profile projects is a plus
  • Customer Service Driven
  • Computer Savvy (Microsoft Suite, MS Project, etc.)
  • Solid Communicator – excellent oral and written communication skills
