Customer Account Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Account Executive to join our team in Redditch, United Kingdom. You will own the day-to-day management of assigned customer accounts, build strong customer relationships, and take full responsibility for the end-to-end order life cycle.

What You Will Do

Manage complex, high-volume order activity, resolve customer queries and escalations, partner with sales and production teams, and represent the business in customer meetings.
