Role Overview

We are seeking 2 Client Account Executives to work on a Fractional basis, supporting all customers and prospects, acting as the first point of contact dealing with all client enquiries. The role will involve processing registration forms, liaising with compliance and other internal departments, handling queries, administration tasks, communications and all other activities that have an impact on the customers’ account opening experience.

Requirements

  • Account executives must be excellent communicators and obtain an in-depth knowledge of our company’s products, services and markets.
  • Sales and customer service experience, with a track record of achieving targets

  • Good organisational skills
  • The ability to operate with autonomy as well as embrace teamwork
