Role Overview
Reporting to the Director of EMEA & APAC Sales, as Asia Area Sales Manager, you will be primarily responsible for planning, organizing and developing business within Thailand. Secondary responsibilities may require similar activities in the larger Asian market outside of Thailand.
What You Will Do
Coordinate sales to end-users and to our resale distribution network, direct all sales activity, and explore all potential avenues for the business in an effective manner to capitalize on all available opportunities and increase sales revenue.

The successful candidate will have proven sales experience in Thailand and previous experience reporting to Regional Offices across Europe and the USA.
Requirements
- Minimum of seven years proven sales experience working in Industrial sales in Thailand
- Affinity or experience with the power & process industries
- Experienced working independently to manage a territory with full sales responsibility
- Technical experience: a mechanical background is highly desirable
- Computer literate and competent user of Microsoft Packages & CRM software
- Qualification to Bachelorette Degree level (or equivalent) in a related field or relevant work experience in a comparable role
- English & Thai literate; working knowledge of other Asian languages desirable
- Well versed in Asian sales and business cultures
- Multi-tasker and ability to deal with multiple priorities
- Highly self-motivated and independent
- Financial knowledge and experience including budgeting and forecasting
- Strategy knowledge, able to take a helicopter view
- Full driving license
- Passport
- Frequent travel within Asia and occasional travel to Europe and USA

- Salary range: ฿ 2,303,462.40 Baht annually to ฿ 3,455,193.60 Baht annually
