Role Overview
Support delivery of sales in line with order intake budget and forecast commitments. Work with Director of Sales & Marketing, Industrial Sales Manager, Inside Sales Manager, Sales Account Managers, Business Development Managers and other Sales Specialists to maximize sales success.
What You Will Do
Prepare quotations & proposals utilizing Syteline ERP & CRM Systems. Track and follow up on CRM Opportunities/Quotations through closure and update CRM accordingly. Establish and manage effective working relationships with customers, peers, and business teams to create winning strategies for specific opportunities.

Must have degree in business, sales, engineering, scientific discipline or equivalent demonstrable industry experience. Multiple years of experience in Sales Operation function or equivalent demonstrable industry experience. Ability to prepare / manage detailed technical and commercial proposals.
Requirements
- Degree in business, sales, engineering, scientific discipline or equivalent demonstrable industry experience
- Multiple years of experience in Sales Operation function or equivalent demonstrable industry experience
- Multiple years of experience working in a technical sales or applications role, preferably in an instrument and controls environment
- Familiarity with ERP (Syteline preferred), CRM, Power BI or similar sales operations tools
- Ability to prepare / manage detailed technical and commercial proposals
- Technical aptitude with capability to read and understand technical specifications and drawings
- Ability to travel (expected to be less than 20% of time) to deliver business and personal objectives
