Role Overview

Cyara is seeking a General Manager, GTM (APAC) to lead and scale the region through its next phase of growth. The role carries broad responsibility for regional growth, customer retention, strategic partnerships, and organizational leadership.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute the APAC growth strategy, drive commercial performance, establish a disciplined operating cadence, and lead a high-performing regional organization.

Requirements

  • 7 or more years in senior sales or commercial leadership roles within enterprise software, SaaS, or technology companies
  • Significant experience leading multi-country go-to-market teams across Asia Pacific
  • A demonstrated track record of scaling recurring revenue businesses and delivering sustained commercial growth
  • Experience balancing new customer acquisition with customer retention and expansion strategies
  • Strong executive relationship management skills with enterprise and Global 2000 customers
