Role Overview

The Business Development Coordinator plays an important role in supporting the execution and follow-up of business development activities at D2L. This role would suit someone who is interested in a future in Sales. The Business Development Coordinator will monitor and respond to incoming inquiries, monitor the RFP Inbox, assist in account research, adding new contacts to key accounts and develop internal training tools to support the business development team.

What You Will Do

Manage and respond to our relevant email and voicemail inboxes, research target customers and develop target lists for proactive campaigns in our respective markets, help maintain high data quality within CRM through lead clean-up activities, assist with the creation of training documents, update the internal Business Development team hub, collect post-campaign customer information and enter into CRM.
