Role Overview
The Inside Sales/Service Representative is responsible for retaining, supporting and growing the commercial service business in their territory as well as defining and driving process improvements in the sale process. This position reports to the Senior Manager Service and is part of the Service – Field – Engineering team In Germany and will be fully remote.
What You Will Do
Contact customers at the expiration of the warranty period to transition them to service maintenance agreements to grow long term business, drive process improvements in service contract business, direct sales of contracts, and work closely with Service Management to identify opportunities.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Experience in a business to business sales environment, prior telemarketing/inside sales and customer service experience, and fluency in German and English are required. Other European Languages are considered a plus.
