Role Overview
Danfoss seeks an Account Manager to capture and grow strategic sales through direct sales efforts, market programs, and business development. The role involves developing and executing strategic account plans, strengthening customer relationships, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive sustainable long-term growth.
What You Will Do
Proactively identify, qualify, and prioritize new business opportunities, manage pipeline and opportunity progression, and implement structured follow-up actions to ensure successful delivery of account plan objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a commercially focused mindset, industry-related experience, and knowledge of system controls. They will also be proficient in CRM and ERP systems, with a strong preference for Salesforce.
Requirements
- Four (4) year college degree with technical major preferred or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of industry-related experience in Food Retail, HVAC/R OEMs, HVAC/R Distribution, Aftermarket, or Industrial Refrigeration in a sales or sales-support role
- Knowledge of system controls is a strong plus
- Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems; Salesforce strongly preferred
